Tip of the week...
January is typically a month where we make time to write down our goals and intentions for the coming year. I also recommend making a list of all things you did well in the past year...big and small. For instance I went back to school and continued my education, I found more time to enjoy my kids or I made time for regular self-care appointments like massage and pedicures. Recognizing where you did well boosts your competence and you deserve to acknowledge yourself for what you did accomplish. Good Job!
